Well, we need to understand quite a lot about the type of building you need, its location, purpose and function before we can provide an estimate. However, the sooner you contact us the more we are able to assist with the basics, making the estimating process simpler and delivering good value for money.
With a little more information we can give a guide price by return, then later develop it to a precise figure. |

No, our price is complete and includes any external consultants who we consider to be necessary to the project to complement our own skills.
Our own personnel are highly qualified and experienced and carry out a large proportion of the design.

| I don't want my building looking like a tin shed. Do you build in brick, timber and tiles as well? |
All our buildings are constructed with steel frames and cladding, but can be finished in any material you wish. We have built several timber or brick clad buildings, and many with tiled roofs.

| Can you source the land for me? |
| Yes, we know of local estates and developments and have relationships with local agents. Our local knowledge means we know the typical cost of land and the potential suitability for your project. |
| Do you work nationally or internationally? |
Our core business is local (the south east of England) and occasionally national for repeat clients .
We also have relationships with a network of like- minded specialists across the UK and Europe, and we will try to help you find the most appropriate supplier. |
